Welcome Reception
A welcome reception with catering will be served to all participants. The welcome reception will take place at ul. Rektorska 4, and is scheduled to start at 7pm (October 6, 2025).
Social Event
Participants may also join one of the tours planned for Wednesday afternoon that includes a visit to Warsaw old town (walking tour) plus guided visit to a museum.

Participation in excursions is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation is mandatory through the registration form.
Collaboration Dinner
The collaboration dinner will take place on Kameralna Restauracja - Mikołaja Kopernika 3, 00-367 Warsaw.
