Short talks by Young Researchers & Poster session
Young researchers (under 35 years old) attending the DRD1 Collaboration meeting are invited to submit an abstract of their research work. A special session will be organised to give young researchers an opportunity to present their work in a short talk (around 5 minutes), following which there will be a poster session.
Depending on the number of submissions and due to the limited space, we will only be able to have 20 posters.
Poster Information:
Poster contributions should be of size A0 and portrait orientation (Width=841mm, Height=1189mm) with some tolerance.
- The posters will be on display for the poster session only. Please make sure to provide your poster on Monday, the first day of the meeting.
- The poster should also be submitted to the indico agenda page (same supported formats as for the oral presentations).
- Posters will be sorted by topic. The poster walls will be labelled such that you will find the proper place for your poster. We will provide tape to attach your poster.
- Poster presenters are asked to be next to their poster during the poster sessions.
In case of need, you can print out your poster at copy shop Druk24h close to the venue.
Note: Young researchers planning to present a poster should, will be asked to submit an abstract in the Young Researchers Grant & Posters section (inicial menu, under registration).
