Information about Registraion Fees
Registeration for MODEST-24 will open on 13th May.
Regular registration fee
Fee depends on your career stage.

€350 - senior scientists and postdocs

€270 - PhD and masters/undergraduate students
- €50 - virtual participation
Please note that the registration fee above is valid until 10th June and will increase by €50 after this date. The limit on the number of in person participants is 120 and in-person registration will remain open until this limit is reached. The registration fees for in-person participation covers the cost for attendance, coffee breaks, Vistula River cruise + conference dinner. It does not include the cost for lunch.
Virtual participants will be able to watch all talks via Zoom but will be unable to give contributed talks or engage in discussions. We are also checking the possibility of having a short online poster session where virtual participants will be able to present an electronic poster.
Optional costs
- 70 EUR - cost of accompanying person for conference dinner and Vistula River boat cruise. Payment for accompanying guest will be taken at the venue of the conference dinner.
Refund of the fees
Fee refund is possible (with some reduction connected with oprational costs).

The main method of payment (and automatic one) is done online by the company Saferpay Easy.
